  2. Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 days of the date the order was placed. We will keep you updated on the progress via email. Please note, that this processing time does not include holidays.

  3. Returns:  At Dolphfit Activewear, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can easily request a return within 30 days.  CLICK HERE with your order number, and we'll promptly begin the return process for you. Refunds will be processed following the standard policy procedures.

Returns

You have a 30-day window from the receipt date to return your purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition as when you received it.

Refunds

After receiving your returned item(s), we will undertake a thorough inspection before notifying you of its arrival. We understand that time is of the essence; hence we will promptly update you on the status of your refund following the inspection.

If approved, the full refund will be processed to your original payment method. While we initiate refunds swiftly, the timeline for the credit to appear on your account hinges on your card issuer's policies. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process.
